Jairo and Alba are the caregivers of the Por Los Niños Children’s Residential Home.

The parents of two daughters, Alexa and  Maeybellin, they are Christian leaders in Catacamas where they have served for more than 10 years in their community of faith. They have led bible school and served in their community as volunteers in a Kindergarten. As a family they have a strong conviction to serve God through caring and loving vulnerable children. Jairo and Alba  have taken this call to take care of God`s little sheep as a privilege and hold onto the bible mandate of James 1:27:

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
