Born in 2005

Cristian is as close to a perfect little boy as you can get. He is adorable, loves his bicycle and enjoys cleaning up the house at chore time. He greets everyone with a giant smile, and loves to share.

Bio

Cristian entered Por Los Niños in March of 2009.   Before joining us at the village he had been living in a small, single room home with 20 other people. His father passed away and his mother was struggling to support two other children and her own ailing mother. They were living with a group of others in an abandoned structure and drinking out of a contaminated water source.

When he joined Por Los Niños, Cristian had parasites but no other significant illness. In his first months in a new home with a floor and space of his own, Cristian seemed a little lost and confused, but he quickly adapted.

He is now a healthy, adorable and kindhearted child who loves to make others happy. He, Hector and Mauricio make quite the trio. Cristian can't seem to understand why Mauricio always wants to get into so much trouble. Cristian loves doing his chores to make Lilian and Walter proud.
