The approximate cost to house, feed, clothe, educate, provide a level of medical and dental care is approximately $11,000 per year per child
The actual cost for each child varies, as you might experience with your own children.  For instance, older children eat more, receive very few "hand-me-down" clothes, and require more expensive education opportunities than elementary or preschool children.  $11,000 per child is an average for all the children cared for at Por Los Niños.  This is lower than a few years ago, when the Board of Directors and Executive Director reviewed every expense and trimmed every expense possible without sacrificing the proper care of the children. 

Our mission is to nurture each child spiritually, mentally and physically to prepare them to reenter their communities as self-supporting Christians.  They will share the love of Christ and the knowledge learned at Por Los Niños with other Hondurans.  This is all possible because of the love and generosity of caring Christians like you.
