Child Sponsor:
The Por Los Niños Child Sponsorship Program offers a wonderful opportunity
for a personal relationship with a PLN child and is the financial foundation for the
monthly operation of the Por Los Niños homes.
How Can I Help
Coin Banks:
The PLN Ministry conducts a Coin Bank Campaign each year to raise funds
for needs of the ministry. It is truly amazing how coin bank monies combine
with those of other caring Christians to provide funds which transform the
lives of hurting children.
Other Contributions
• Estate giving.
• One-time gifts and memorials.
• Gifting of appreciated stocks or mutual funds.
If you would like to sponsor a child or would like more information on other
ways you can help, please contact us below.
Work Trips:
Work teams perform a wide variety of tasks at the village, from painting and
construction to landscaping and other needs. If you have a talent or skill, we
can put you to work serving the children. A work team consists of 12
members, and you can form your own group of 12, or contact our office to
join a team that we are putting together. The expenses of participating on a
work team cost $1,500 dollars per person, and the 8-10 day trips occur in
March, June, September, and November. Work team members deliver
supplies from the USA as part of their checked baggage, and workers are
encouraged to contact our office to find out if there are other needs that
their local church can also fill. Getting children's classes, ladies' classes, teen
groups, and other members involved in donating household supplies is a
great way to get the whole church in on the mission experience.
Clothing Amigos
Clothing Amigos provide the financial support necessary for our Village
Coordinators to purchase clothing for each child twice a year. For our children
under 13, clothing is purchased for them by the coordinators. The
contributions which are sent in for the children 13 and over are used as a
clothing allowance. Part of the children's life skills training is to shop and
budget for the clothing they need.

Leviticus 19:10
You shall leave them for
the needy and for the
stranger. I am the LORD
your God.
God has always made
provisions for the poor. In
the Old Testament times,
people were commanded
to leave some of the
harvest so the poor could
feed themselves. Today,
God still wants us to help
the poor and makes this
appeal through the love of
Christ.
